Mindful Self-Compassion
8 session live online course

  • Are you kinder to others than you are to yourself?

  • Are you tired of criticising and judging yourself?

  • Are you weighed down by feelings of doubt and not being good enough?

  • Are you feeling fatigued meeting the needs of others?

Research shows that 76% of people have more compassion for others than they do for themselves.

Discover how Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) can enable you to respond to difficult moments with

greater kindness, handle challenging emotions with greater ease and motivate yourself with

compassion rather than self-criticism. Having self-compassion builds resilience and emotional

well-being and reduces anxiety, depression and relationship stress.

The MSC program can gently transform your most important relationship – the one who is with

you 24/7 for the rest of your life by learning to treat yourself as you would a good friend.

MSC is not therapy but it’s therapeutic!

The seeds of self-compassion lie within you and through participation in the MSC program you can

learn how to uncover this powerful inner resource and transform your life.

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically supported, internationally recognised, structured well-

being program that is based on the ground-breaking research of Dr Kristin Neff and Dr Christopher Germer.

Comments from MSC participants who have completed the course

I am so grateful for my growth and learning, that I am applying to my personal and professional life, by attending the 8-week MSC course. Thank you for this transforming experience!

Initially I was worried that this course was not for me – but it definitely was! This course has left me with a calmness and sense of well-being – which feels wonderful. I have greatly benefited by doing the MSC course. I feel stronger, more resilient and more able to give to others (and myself). I would strongly urge anyone to do the course if they are contemplating it.

The MSC program has provided me with a sense of understanding and acceptance of myself and others. It has opened my eyes to savour every moment and find comfort in the experiences that surround me.

MSC has been such a powerful and freeing process that has for the first time, allowed me to consider treating myself as I would a best friend. It’s allowed me to really breathe, to realise I am a worthy human being and that common humanity means I am not alone.

The MSC course was a beautiful unfolding of togetherness. It was incredible to develop such deep connections with people through shared experiences, shared intentions. No need to express the rawness of emotions and pain, just be through these practices that helped us to let go, accept and love ourselves.

A moment of self-compassion can change your entire day.

A string of such moments can change the course of your life.

- Christopher Germer
